Our story

We came from the PMO side of the table

Before Completix was a software company, it was a consulting practice. We spent our days inside PMOs, helping organizations decide what to fund, keep projects on track, and report honestly to leadership.

Over and over, we saw the same gap. The tools available were either built to track single projects, or built for very large enterprises with the budget and patience for a multi-year rollout. The teams in between were left with spreadsheets and slide decks.

In 2016 we decided to close that gap ourselves. We have kept the consulting mindset ever since: listen first, understand how people actually work, and be straight about what will and will not help.
