Security is our first concern. Our components are hosted with both Microsoft Azure and AWS. All our providers' security is best in class and we abide by EU-US, SWISS-US Privacy Shield Framework, including GDPR. For credit cards, we don't host your payment data and use Stripe to process any transactions.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. For Enterprise subscriptions, we may be able to accept other forms of payment.
Can my email be associated with multiple sites?
Yes. You could be the owner of your own Site and at the same time be invited as a team member on another Site, all using the same email address.
Is there an enhanced support available?
For our Business plans, we provide the option to upgrade to our PRIORITY support. Please contact us for more information.
Is the Enterprise Plan only available for large customers?
No. Any size customer can take advantage of an Enterprise Plan as it is unique for each customer. To be able to provide a tailored plan, we do require a commitment that has to be determined after we understand your requirements.
In the Business "Per Project" plan, can I have more than 10 users?
If you like the "Per Project" licensing and need more than 10 users, please contact Us for a tailored plan.
What if i need more than 200Gb of space?
We have storage quota to prevent abuse of the service and we don't actively enforce the limit. If we notice you are going above your quota, we will contact you to better discuss your needs.
What is a Guest user?
Guest Users are assigned to a Project and can view their assigned task, the overall schedule and other components, but cannot report their progress or fully collaborate with the rest of the team. Typically a Guest User is a customer that wants to stay informed and is only partially involved in a project.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can switch between plans anytime you want from the admin panel.
Can I extend my trial?
If you need more time to evaluate our product, please let us know and we will gladly extend your trial.
