Resources' allocation overview
When you want to see a specific resource availability across multiple initiatives, the Executive Dashboard is the place to go. Select the Resources tab and you will be presented with all users in your site. You can expand each user to see all project he/she is involved with as well as the allocation and effort for each.
The “Current allocation” shows today’s value. Click on it and a detailed calendar view of that resource will popup. Each value is the sum of all allocations across multiple projects. Hover with the mouse over a specific date and a tooltip will show the breakdown.
If you need further information, you can review the resource’s Timesheet by clicking on the icon and the full Timesheet will pop up.
