The "Sprint" page
If your project has been created as Agile, the sprint page will be shown instead of the Schedule.
For greater flexibility, multiple sprints can be running at the same time, and closed sprints can be re-opened.
The Backlog
The backlog has been designed in a spreadsheet style for quick data input and full overview of all tasks to be completed.
The Sprints
Sprints are designed in a classic kanban board style. You can create Sprints and assign dates as needed. When you open a sprint you will see the backlog items that need to be actioned. Simply drag them to the Todo list and start the sprint by clicking on the “Start Sprint” button
While in Sprint, you can open each task and edit its content, attach documents and update the progress. Each task has a comment section where you can chat without the need to email.
Once a sprint is running, you can see the indicator beside the sprint name as well as the remaining days left to completion.
To close a sprint, click on the “Complete Sprint” button. If, in your sprint, there are tasks that are not completed, a warning will appear and ask if you want to move those task back to the backlog or in a future sprint or create a new sprint. Select what is best for your case and click on Complete to close the sprint.
The Retrospective
When a Sprint is closed, you have the ability to create (or upload) a document to describe what went well and what can be done better.
